We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as a crucial liaison between clients and our internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
   • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and support their success.

2. Service Delivery:

   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
   • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients as necessary.
   • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during service delivery.

3. Communication:

   • Prepare and present regular reports on client status, feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
   • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments.
   • Conduct client onboarding sessions and training as required.

4. Client Feedback and Improvement:

   • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
   • Work with management to implement changes based on client suggestions.
   • Participate in client satisfaction surveys and report on results.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service issues.
   • Update CRM or other client management systems with relevant information.

6. Sales Support:

   • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
   • Support sales efforts by providing client insights and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
