Job Summary: As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function according to our clients' specifications. You will work closely with designers and project managers to develop user-friendly, visually appealing websites that are optimized for various devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using best practices.
• Develop responsive and adaptive web designs that function across all devices and browsers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct website testing and debugging, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and functionality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to your work.
• Identify and fix bugs or performance issues in existing websites.
• Maintain and update client websites as needed.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical information.
• Collaborate with team members through code reviews and project meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with backend programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of web development best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web performance optimization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
